"Praise ye the Lord. I will praise the Lord with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation."

The purpose of the Music Ministry is –

            To exhort, uplift, and encourage the body of Christ through song and worship. The Music Ministry encompasses the choirs and instrumental worship teams. Members of the Music Ministry must be faithful members of the Central Parkway Church of God. They must strive to live according to God’s will and purpose and be on one accord in mind and heart according to the word of God.

. . .From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised. Praise the Lord! Praise the name of the Lord. Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forever. (Psalm 113:1-3)

The purpose of the Fine Arts Ministry is –

            To evangelize, making a difference for the cause of Christ, through the very powerful media of dance, music, and drama.

            To be a witness and model Christ-likeness to others, especially our peers – in pure speech, a godly life, Christian love, humble faith, and moral purity.

            To minister and serve using the talents of our members to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to enrich the church’s out reach.

Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. (Psalm 150:4)
